As much fun and rewarding running can be, there's a good chance that at some point all runners will experience some sort of ache or pain, whether minor or severe. With all of the experience and knowledge at our disposal, our staff will do their best to help with identifying and helping to prevent these injuries, but by no means are we doctors and do we pretend to be. If a nagging injury persists or becomes worse, please consult a physician to ensure you get a proper diagnosis and healthy return to running.
